How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and we offer free shipping on all orders over $99.
What is your return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that complete bikes may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide a basic tool kit and recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer financing options through Affirm for qualifying purchases.
How do I know which bike size is right for me?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability. Our experts are also available via chat for personalized recommendations.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all new bikes and components are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Powers Bike Shop also provides a 1-year limited warranty on assembly-related defects for any bike purchased directly through our store.
